The Breakdown
There's something reassuring about a roast that comes out properly crisp every time, no matter what's going into the oven. That's the idea behind the Enamel Baking Roaster Set: a deep tray, a shallow tray, and a wire rack that work together to get food out exactly how it should be but can you change roast to food.
- Drippings collect in the tray below, ready to become a gravy or pan sauce instead of going to waste
- A non-reactive, non-porous surface means fat and juices wipe away without leaving marks or smells behind
- Every piece nests together, so the whole set stores as one stack rather than three separate items
The deep baking pan is suited to bigger roasts, especially when there are vegetables cooking alongside, while the shallow tray is better for smaller roasts or anything with less moisture to manage. Between the two, there's a tray sized to whatever's going in the oven.
The wire rack is where the real difference happens. Lift food above the tray and fat and juices drip away instead of pooling underneath, which means better air circulation, more even browning, and none of the sogginess that comes from food sitting in its own liquid.
Available in Eucalyptus, Blueberry and Macadamia, there's a colourway to match your kitchen.
Our enamelware is crafted with a durable vitreous enamel coating fused to metal, offering long-lasting beauty and function. Like all enamel, it can chip if handled roughly, dropped, or exposed to sudden temperature changes. To keep your pieces looking their best, use padding or cloth between stacked items when storing, avoid bumping, dropping, or sudden temperature shocks (such as plunging a hot piece into cold water), and stick to wood, silicone, or soft sponges rather than metal utensils or scouring pads.
