Much as I love my glass storage containers, these silicon Freezer Food Prep Set pieces make it so easy to pop out individual or small portions of food for plating. Small portions also mean more variety when using too, rather than having to use a large thawed portion from my glass storage containers. Big win for convenience and the environment.
