Yes, the bowls are 100% plastic-free. The base is borosilicate glass, the lid is semi tempered soda-lime glass, and the seal is food-grade silicone that is LFGB certified - independently tested to contain no harmful or toxic substances. The glass won't leach chemicals, absorb odours, or stain over time.

Both the bowls and lids are dishwasher safe - place lids on the top rack to protect the seal. For stuck-on food or odours, soak in warm water with baking soda and use a non-abrasive sponge. Avoid pigmented foods like turmeric on the lids to keep them stain-free, and store lids slightly ajar when not in use.
