The Promoter is Seed & Sprout Pty Ltd ABN 33 615 996 042 of 7 Warehouse Cct, Yatala QLD 4207, Australia.

PARTICIPATION

1. Information on how to enter and the prize forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 and over.
3. Employees (and their immediate families) of Seed & Sprout and any agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
4. You must be a Seed & Sprout subscriber to be eligible for entry (either email or SMS).

HOW TO ENTER

1. The competition commences at 12.01AM (AEST) on Sunday, September 1 2024 and ends at 11.59PM (AEST) on Monday, September 30 2024 (“Competition Period”).
2. To enter, individuals must purchase any Seed & Sprout products (min order value $149) during the ‘Competition Period’.
3. For entry to be valid, the customer must be subscribed to receive communications from Seed & Sprout, either by SMS or email. 
4. A customer can enter the Seed & Sprout Detox Promotion multiple times by placing multiple orders over $149 during the competition period. 
5. Competition is valid for Australian residents only.
