The founder, Jade, is a registered naturopath, nutritionist and herbalist and shares her easy, mostly whole food and vegan, recipes and ideas on her website (and instagram @panaceas_pantry) with the aim to nourish you and your family.
This is one of her favourite nutrient dense smoothies packed full of whole food fats, omega 3 and antioxidants. It's sure to get your day off to a good start!
What you’ll need:
1 x small banana
1 x cup frozen blueberries
1 x cup milk of choice (we used almond)
1/2 cup coconut yoghurt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 Tbsp hemp hearts
1/2 tsp spirulina
Optional extras could include a serving of your favourite protein powder and 1 tsp cordyceps or lions mane powder.
1. Blitz everything until super smooth.
2. If you want a thinner smoothie add extra milk.
3. If you want something colder and ice.
4. Pour into your Seed & Sprout Smoothie Cup and enjoy!
