The Eucalyptus Chopping Board is designed with a black core and a green surface layer. Both layers are made from the same durable mix of 80% pine fibre and 20% resin. With use, scratches may reveal the black layer beneath. This is a natural feature of the board’s design and does not affect its strength or safety.

A special chopping board.
How much can you like your chopping board? Well I love my Seed & Sprout . It's very special as I accidentally lost my first order and the very kind people at Seed & Sprout sent me another one! My hubby is full of praise for how easily the chopping board washes and how it handles. The colour is great and I'm so pleased not to be using a plastic one now.
It's another great Seed & Sprout product to add to my collection. The glass containers, the sponges and makeup pads I purchased are also wonderful. The designers and team have done a fabulous job creating these excellent products. Thank you!

Purchased on recommendation
My sister recommended these chopping boards and I'm so happy I purchased them. I've been conscious of my old plastic ones ending up with pieces in my food, so firstly I changed to stainless steel & titanium ones. The down side was they were blunting all my knives. My new wood fibre boards are great and I love the eucalyptus colour. I've now got the best of both worlds and love using them.

Love them
Like the look and design of these. Nice colour
And no issues with functionality
Love that it's a wood chopping board that can put in dishwasher
I find that things like chicken and other food that often get stuck to plastic chopping boards, don't get stuck to these.
As others mention you can notice the scratches the knife makes - but functionally hasn't impacted the product (but only been a month of using them at this stage)

I’m so impressed with the quality of these chopping boards from Seed & Sprout. They’re beautifully made, feel super sturdy, and I love the range of sizes—perfect for everything from chopping veggies to serving snacks.
