How to Dry Brush:<br />

Dry brushing is best done before showering or bathing to wash off dead skin cells.<br />
Start from your feet and brush upward along your legs in long, fluid strokes toward your heart.<br />
Repeat on your arms, brushing toward your heart.<br />
Use circular motions on your torso and back, adjusting pressure to suit your comfort.<br />
A few strokes per area is sufficient—don’t over-brush the same area to avoid irritation.<br />
We recommend dry brushing daily.<br />
