Knife Sharpener: <br />

Wipe rod clean after each use with a damp cloth. Dry thoroughly to prevent rust. Do not soak or place in the dishwasher. Store in a dry place. Occasionally rub with a light food-safe oil to protect the rod. <br /><br />

How to use: <br />
Hold the rod vertically on a chopping board or non slip surface. <br />
Place the knife blade at a 15 to 20° angle against the rod. <br />
Gently draw the knife down and across the rod, from heel to tip. <br />
Repeat 3 to 5 times on each side of the blade. <br />
Wipe the blade clean before use. <br /><br />
