Competition Terms & Conditions 

1. The Promotion

This is a promotion ("Promotion") conducted by Seed & Sprout ABN 33 615 996 042 ("Promoter") to celebrate the Promoter's 10th birthday sale event.

2. Promotional Period

The Promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on Tuesday 15 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Monday 5 October 2026 ("Promotional Period").

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years or older. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and agencies associated with this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

4.1 Base entry: To receive one (1) entry into the draw, entrants must, during the Promotional Period, make a single qualifying purchase of AUD $149 or more (inclusive of GST, after any sale discounts applied, and excluding shipping and gift card purchases) via seedsprout.com.au ("Qualifying Purchase"). Entry is automatic upon completion of a Qualifying Purchase, no further action is required. Entrants will be emailed a confirmation of their entry.

4.2 Bonus entries: Entrants who have made a Qualifying Purchase may receive additional entries as follows:

4.3 Multiple entries: Entrants may make multiple Qualifying Purchases during the Promotional Period and will receive one (1) entry per Qualifying Purchase, plus any eligible bonus entries per transaction.

4.4 Order cancellations, returns or refunds of a Qualifying Purchase made prior to the draw will void the associated entry/entries.

5. Prizes

5.1 Major Prize (1 winner): One (1) Seed & Sprout "10 Years, 10 Hero Products" Bundle, comprising one (1) of each of the following 10 products, representing one product from each year of Seed & Sprout's first decade. Total approximate retail value: $1,701 AUD.

RRPs listed are current recommended retail prices as at 14/09/26. Specific product, colour and/or variant is as listed above; where a product is available in multiple colourways, the winner will be contacted after the draw to select their preferred colour, subject to availability. If a specific colour/variant is unavailable, the Promoter will offer an alternative of equal or greater value.

5.2 Runner-Up Prizes (5 winners): Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) Seed & Sprout eGift Card to the value of AUD $200, redeemable on seedsprout.com.au. Total prize pool value across all runner-up prizes: $1,000 AUD.

5.3 Total prize pool value (Major Prize + Runner-Up Prizes): $2,701 AUD.

5.4 Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If a prize (or any component of it) is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable regulatory approval.

6. The Draw

6.1 The draw will take place at Seed & Sprout HQ in Byron AEDT on Wednesday 7 October 2026 using a random electronic draw.

6.2 Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.

6.3 Winners will be notified by email and/or phone within [2] business days of the draw, using the contact details provided at the time of their Qualifying Purchase, and may also be announced on the Promoter's Instagram account and/or website.

6.4 If a winner cannot be contacted, or does not respond to claim their prize, within [7] days of the draw, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a further draw to select a new winner, subject to applicable state/territory regulations.
