The Eucalyptus Chopping Board is designed with a black core and a green surface layer. Both layers are made from the same durable mix of 80% pine fibre and 20% resin. With use, scratches may reveal the black layer beneath. This is a natural feature of the board’s design and does not affect its strength or safety.

Zero regrets after discovering and purchasing two of these chopping boards. It's lovely to cut on, without leaving deep marks in the board or pieces of plastic. I cook and bake a lot at home so these I feel will stand the test of time.
