Shampoo Bar: Work the bar through your wet hair and it will lather up beautifully in seconds. Massage into your scalp & roots, then rinse. For best results, follow with our Conditioner Bar.
Conditioner Bar: Rub the bar into the ends of your wet hair after shampooing, comb it through to detangle if needed, then wait a couple of minutes and rinse out.

The best shampoo I’ve had

I’ve been using this shampoo for years now, my hair is thick and long and I doubted if it would lather and clean it as well as a bottle shampoo had been, but this is way better! No plastic, great lather, hair feels clean and it last ages, my fave!!

Love the shampoo

My hair feels amazing and detangles easy in the shower when using the shampoo. The conditioner is a bit hard and awkward to get on but other than that, I'm in love and going to be using this duo from now on!

Conditioner bar

I have been using Seed and Sprout shampoo and conditioner bars for a few years now. I’m washing my hair much less frequently and only conditioning after swimming. I’ve found the product to be excellent and love not buying plastic bottles.

FIRST TIME USER OF BARS - CITRUS MINT SHAMPOO & CONDITIONER

I am always fighting my hair, for 50+ years - its knotty, tangled, frizzy, difficult. I have used the most expensive hair products & serums always, still difficult. Birds nest after conditioning, ages to comb through the mess. I hate washing my hair.

I had low expectations of using the bars, but I really want to reduce plastic in my life. It's been a week - I cannot quite believe it, but my hair is smoother, way more manageable - after conditioning, I can EASILY comb through what used to be a birds nest. I am in shock, currently telling everyone I know! Well done S&S, you have tamed my nightmare hair!
