Another win here. Like many women I try to watch my weight, but I love sweet things. After seeing these on Facebook I decided to make myself some treats. I use nuts, seeds and of course chocolate. Lindt squares are perfect. I count the calories in each portion. I then know exactly what I’m eating and how many calories. I’ve even added a sprinkle of oatmeal occasionally.

Two Portion Silicon Freezer Tray

I saw someone using this on a Zoom session, and also on Facebook. We often freeze dinner leftovers for another evening. The takeaway containers I use get bits broken off them and occasionally freezer burn. These are brilliant. I freeze the leftovers, then put them into a good quality freezer bag. Because of the shape, they then stack easily into the freezer. A big win.
