These boards are such good quality! I was so surprised with how big they are. The boards are also sturdy.

I read the other reviews and yes knifes do mark them as they do any board but just use one side only so you can still present the food if entertaining or displaying they look nice.

I love the nutmeg colour as well.

The chopping boards are great because the surface is non-porous, we don't get fine plastic particles in foods from cutting, they're very lightweight and they can even go in the dishwasher! The quality is just superb and we're so thankful to have made the transition to better quality and healthier materials in our kitchen.

Upon hearing about the plastics getting into our food from plastic chopping boards I was on a mission to find an alternative. I loved my multicoloured boards, different colour for different protein or veg., but was seeing more and more in the press about how those plastic boards impacted the food I was chopping on them. I actively try to avoid this type of thing and so immediately chose not to use those boards again. I did a lot of research, I kept coming back to these Wood Fibre boards, the price was way out of my comfort zone, could never imagine paying this amount for chopping boards so I kept researching. Finally decided to bite the bullet and make the purchase, and I couldn't be happier. From the moment I unpacked them I knew I had a quality product; they are a little heavier than other boards, but they are solid and beautiful and I love using them. Washing up is so easy, would love an option to add a letter or colour to each one for marking what each is for, like Red Meat, Chicken or Veg, just so that the rest of the household (husband) doesn't have to be reminded he he. If you are thinking about making this purchase but not sure, please know that you are buying a really good product and the safety of your family is worth the extra $. I am sooo happy with my pot scrubber purchase which is now a non negotiable in my kitchen. Combined with the dish soap bar, you can guarantee your dishes will be sparkling clean in no time! Love my little scrubber friend!
