In this blog, we’re sharing five winter-ready recipes using our best-selling Freezer Mould Trays, Silicone Baking Mats and Kitchen Utensils.

1. Golden Apricot & Seed Muesli Bars

Perfect for: Freezer Mould Trays (100ml 6-Portion)

Packed with dried apricots, seeds and a touch of maple, these bars are a fuss-free way to prep school or work snacks.

Ingredients:

    • 1 cup rolled oats

    • 1/2 cup chopped dried apricots

    • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds

    • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

    • 2 tbsp chia seeds

    • 1/4 cup maple syrup

    • 1/4 cup coconut oil

    • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions:

    1. Preheat oven to 160°C.

    2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl using a Silicone Spatula.

    3. Press evenly into each 100ml portion of your mould.

    4. Bake for 20-25 mins until golden.

    5. Cool and store in the fridge or freezer.

2. Winter Veggie Savoury Loafs

Perfect for: Freezer Mould Trays (2 or 4-Portion)

Great for lunchboxes or afternoon snacks, these savoury muffins are packed with hidden veggies and flavour.

Ingredients:

    • 1 zucchini (grated)

    • 1 carrot (grated)

    • 1/2 cup corn kernels

    • 1/2 cup grated cheese (or vegan cheese)

    • 2 eggs

    • 1/4 cup olive oil

    • 1/2 cup self-raising flour (GF if needed)

Instructions:

    1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

    2. Mix all ingredients in a Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl

    3. Spoon into your silicone moulds and bake for 25-30 mins.

    4. Store in fridge for up to 4 days or freeze.

3. Choc-Chip Oat Cookies

Perfect for: Silicone Baking Mats

Crispy on the outside, chewy in the middle — these classic cookies hit the spot.

Ingredients:

    • 1 cup rolled oats

    • 3/4 cup flour

    • 1/2 tsp baking soda

    • 1/3 cup coconut sugar

    • 1/4 cup olive oil or melted coconut oil

    • 1/4 cup plant milk

    • 1/3 cup dark choc chips

Instructions:

    1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line a tray with a Silicone Baking Mat

    2. Mix dry ingredients in a Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl & wet in another.

    3. Combine and fold in choc chips.

    4. Spoon onto the tray and bake for 12-15 mins.


4. Banana Bread Bites

Perfect for: Freezer Mould Trays (6-Portion)

Mini banana breads that freeze well and are perfect for on-the-go snacks.

Ingredients:

    • 2 ripe bananas

    • 1/4 cup maple syrup

    • 1/4 cup olive oil

    • 1 tsp vanilla extract

    • 1 cup spelt or plain flour

    • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions:

    1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

    2. Mash bananas and combine with wet ingredients.

    3. Add dry ingredients and mix.

    4. Spoon into moulds and bake 20-25 mins.

5. Herby Roasted Chickpeas

Perfect for: Silicone Baking Mats

A crunchy, protein-packed snack for cosy movie nights.

Ingredients:

    • 1 can chickpeas (drained & rinsed)

    • 1 tbsp olive oil

    • 1 tsp garlic powder

    • 1 tsp smoked paprika

    • Salt to taste

Instructions:

    1. Preheat oven to 200°C.

    2. Dry chickpeas well and toss with oil and spices.

    3. Spread on Silicone Baking Mat

    4. Roast for 30-40 mins, shaking halfway.
