Seed & Sprout is temporarily suspending all shipping to the United States effective immediately 26 August 2025. This difficult decision comes in response to recent US tariff changes and the suspension of regular Australia Post services to the US.
Here’s what’s changed:

The de minimis exemption for low-value imports has been suspended, meaning all orders under $USD800 are now subject to tariffs.

Australia Post has paused regular postage to the US, with duties needing to be paid before shipping — adding unexpected costs and delays.

Together, these sudden changes make it unviable for us to continue shipping until we can fully assess the impact.
We know this is disappointing news — and it saddens us to pause service to such an important part of our community.
What happens next:

Any open US orders will be refunded in full.
