Whether you’re feeding the family or stocking up your freezer, these super simple slow cooker and soup recipes are perfect for nourishing the soul!

Creamy Sweet Potato & Coconut Soup 

Ingredients:

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled & diced
  • 1 brown onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 400ml coconut milk
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Method:

Add all ingredients to a slow cooker or pot. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or until veggies are soft. Blend until smooth. Store in our  Freezer Trays and freeze until needed.

Hearty Lentil & Veggie Stew 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup green or brown lentils, rinsed
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 zucchini, diced
  • 1 tin chopped tomatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cups veggie stock
  • 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp paprika

Method: Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cook on low for 7-8 hours. Portion out into Glass Containers for easy weeknight dinners.

Classic Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg pumpkin, peeled & chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp curry powder (optional)
  • 3 cups veggie stock
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Method:

Slow cook all ingredients for 6 hours. Blend until creamy. Freeze leftovers in our  Food Pouches, or Freezer Trays to pop out perfect single portions as needed.

Slow Cooker Chickpea & Spinach Curry 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans chickpeas, drained
  • 1 tin chopped tomatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp curry paste
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 cups baby spinach

Method: Cook all ingredients except spinach in the slow cooker on low for 6 hours. Stir in spinach at the end. Store in Glass Containers or Food Pouches.

Minestrone with a Twist 

Ingredients:

  • 1 zucchini, chopped
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 1 potato, cubed
  • 1 tin cannellini beans
  • 1 tin chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup small pasta (add later)
  • 1 tsp oregano, 1 bay leaf
  • 4 cups veggie broth

Method: Combine all ingredients (except pasta) and cook in a slow cooker for 6 hours. Add cooked pasta before serving. Freeze in Freezer Trays or store in the fridge for up to 5 days in our Glass Containers.
