PARTICIPATION
- Information on how to enter and the prize forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 and over.
- Employees (and their immediate families) of Seed & Sprout and any agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
- You must be a Seed & Sprout subscriber to be eligible for entry (either email or SMS).
HOW TO ENTER
- The competition commences at 12.01AM (AEDT) on Wednesday, January 1 2024 and ends at 11.59PM (AEDT) on Friday, January 31 2025 (“Competition Period”).
- To enter, individuals must purchase any Seed & Sprout products (min order value $100) during the ‘Competition Period’.
- For entry to be valid, the customer must be subscribed to receive communications from Seed & Sprout, either by SMS or email.
- A customer can enter the Seed & Sprout Lunchware Promotion multiple times by placing multiple orders over $100 during the competition period.
- Competition is valid for Australian residents only.
PRIZE
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Total prize value = $1,850 AUD worth of Seed & Sprout Lunchware to be won.

- The winner will be drawn and notified by email by Seed & Sprout before February 6 2025. It is a condition of entry that Seed & Sprout has the right to publicise, broadcast and communicate to the public the names, characters, likenesses or voices of entrants for any promotion or matter incidental to the Promotion. All entrants accept and permit the use of this information on any medium.
- If for any reason a winner does not take a prize within 14 days, then the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be drawn.
