By removing odour-causing substances that build up on your tongue and taste buds overnight you'll feel fresher and ready to take on the day ahead.

Tongue scraping is traditionally an Ayurvedic practice. In Ayurveda, tongue scraping is believed to stimulate various organs through the tongue's connection to different parts of the body. This stimulation is thought to support overall health and well-being.

Our Stainless Steel Tongue Scraper with a Rose Gold Plating can sit at your bathroom sink or in your shower. We like to keep ours sink-side in our Everything Pot as a reminder to use it each morning.

Use & Care

Best to do it first thing in the morning. After brushing and flossing hold both handles, try and relax your tongue using the scraper to scrape from the back of your tongue to the front. Reach as far back as you feel comfortable and repeat 5 times or more if needed. Rinse and store in a dry place.

Love it! Can’t go back to being without it.

Took a second to get used to but my only wish is that I had discovered it sooner - makes my mouth feel fully clean after brushing teeth and great when I’ve had too much chocolate :)
